SMS The Sky is based in Sydney, Australia. We are an online store curating beauty, wellness, skincare and lifestyle products for Australian customers.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours. Standard delivery usually takes 5–12 business days, depending on your location and the product ordered.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all supplement orders and on orders over $99.
Where do you ship?
We currently focus on shipping within Australia. But, if you are from overseas, please send us a message and we can organise something just for you!
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking details by email where available.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at smsthesky@gmail.com. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period. Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, with tags and original packaging where applicable.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
