Shipping policy

Location

As we are based in Sydney, Australia- we are able to offer low-cost flat rate shipping to metro NSW and slightly more for regional NSW, and the rest of Australia. We currently do not ship outside of Australia but are able to offer alternative means of purchase to those outside of Australia. Please contact us regarding your product enquiry and location, so we can see what wholesale prices we are able to offer.

Delivery Time

Our standard delivery timeframe is between 5 and 12 business days. Please note that this is an estimate, and in some instances, delivery may take longer due to factors such as public holidays, weekends, or unexpected shipping delays. We appreciate your patience and are committed to getting your order to you as promptly as possible.
