Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day period during which you can request a return or exchange. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back to our warehouse with a tracking number, in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you include your order number with your return.

Kindly note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and these shipping fees are non-refundable.

To begin a return, please contact us at smsthesky@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Issues

We recommend that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and take appropriate action.

 

Refunds

After we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Items returned in a condition deemed unsellable will not qualify for a refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
